Have you always wanted to make a difference in people's lives, to be Jesus' hands extended to others? But, where to start? How to go about it? What works? What doesn't?
Does the job just seem too big, or too difficult?
And, what is the part Jesus wants me to play?
Do I have what it takes?
Now, you are invited to a Seminar "How to Help the Poor" that addresses all these Questions. Taught by a 70 year old Grandmother, Alice McGee, who has been working with the poor and homeless for over 35 years. She and her group Church in the Woods, find, engage, and disciple the poorest of the poor, addicts, sex workers, alcoholics, the mentally ill, people living in the streets, in the woods, under bridges, and going to wherever "fish" and "lost sheep" can be found .They save lives physically and spiritually.
They literally plunder hell to populate heaven.
The Bible is our instruction book and Jesus is our director and strength. In Him we can do all things well.
